SHIPPING LIMITATIONS

All customers of RDM must agree to the shipment contract. Any risk of loss for items purchased from our website is passed to you upon delivery of items. When orders are placed, it is to be shipped to the address designated by the purchaser. It is your responsibility to file any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

The product is Export Controlled and is for Commercial purposes only. All buyers from the United States shall agree
1) NOT to export the product out of US and use it only within US for commercial purposes only AND
2) That the product will NOT be used in the design, development, production or use of nuclear, chemical or biological weapons or missiles.
If you are located outside of the United States of America and Canada, an end user statement on company letterhead, signed by an officer of your company must accompany an order. For 30Hz cameras an Export License is required and will take approximately 60-90 days ARO. In cases where 9Hz cameras are quoted and purchased outside the United States of America and Canada, an end user statement is also required but may not need an Export License. End user statements must include the following statement:
1) These commodities are for commercial use only.
2) They will NOT be used in the design, development, production or use of nuclear, chemical or biological weapons or missiles.
Your order may be declined and refunded if we cannot verify the end-user statements.

ORDER VERIFICATION AND PAYPAL SHIPPING ADDRESS

Credit Card payments may be subject to verification and may delay your order by 1-2 days (new/first-time buyers only). International orders may take longer to verify.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

In the event that something happens to your order throughout the shipping process, we possess the resources to have the issue taken care of for you. If your package arrives damaged due to shipping, we are able to contact the carrier and file a damage claim. If the order is lost during shipment, we are able to file a similar claim, a lost package claim.

RDM will contact carrier for our customers and handle everything. Please understand, we must wait for the claim to be finalized by UPS before we can take any further action. We understand the importance of our customers receiving their orders in a timely and safe manner. We will do everything we can to stress the importance and urgency of having all claims done as quickly as possible when dealing carrier.

RETURN for EXCHANGE or REFUND

RDM will accept merchandise purchased from us only within 30 days since the time the item is delivered or picked up for exchange or refund (with exceptions of “all sales final” items for which no exchange or refund is available). Only one exchange per item purchased is possible. Absolutely no refund or exchange if the 30-day period has passed. If the item is still under warranty (by factory or by RDM, we will repair or replace only). Customers must agree to the following in order to ship merchandise back to us:
1) Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
2) We recommend that you use a tracking number.
3) We are NOT responsible for lost packages.
4) We do NOT reimburse return shipping costs or refund shipping costs.
5) The merchandise MUST BE in its unused condition AND in its original packaging.
6) Return a copy of your invoice and a brief description of the reasons for the return or exchange.
7) All returns for refund are subject to 15% restocking fee, unless waived by RDM.

DEFECTIVE ITEM & WARRANTY

Please contact the Customer Service to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) to return the defective item for warranty (repair OR replacement) within warranty period. RDM WILL REFUSE shipments that are returned back to us without an RMA #. In addition, RDM also reserves the rights to return the defective merchandise back to the customer at customer’s shipping expense if our EXPERT TECHNICIANS deem that the merchandise has been used, crashed, abused, misused or modified in any form. RDM WILL NOT exchange defective items for another different items or models.

INAPPROPRIATE MATERIAL AND VISITOR CONDUCT

We strictly prohibit posting or transmission of any inappropriate material, such as: unlawful, threatening, defamatory, libelous, obscene, pornographic, profane material or otherwise material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law. In addition to any remedies that we may have at law or in equity, if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated or are likely to violate the foregoing prohibitions, we may take any action we deem necessary to cure or prevent the violation, including without limitation, the immediate removal of the related materials from this Web Site. We will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order or subpoena requesting or directing us to disclose the identity of anyone posting such materials.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATION

All images and product specifications are sole for the purpose of giving approximate description. This is particularly applicable for product color. The actual color of products depends on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colors displayed on your computer. It is your responsibility to agree and obey all local, state, federal and international laws (including minimum age requirements) regarding possession, use and sale of any item purchased from this Web Site. By placing an order, you accept that the products ordered will only be used in a lawful manner.

LIMITS OF RESPONSIBILITY

We accept no responsibility for crash damage. It is impossible to determine for certain whether crash damage was the result of a radio system failure or pilot error. We accept no responsibility for crash damage occurring during the use of a radio controlled model. We accept no responsibility for improper installation of our products. Electrical polarity MUST be properly observed in hooking up electrical components. Fuses must be used with all electrical components where indicated (example: speed controllers). Users must follow instructions and rules provided by Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), The Federal Communications Commission (FCC), Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA) and all other legislative authorities.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AS TO PRODUCTS SOLD

All RDM products are guaranteed against defects for the period of 30 days. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, RDM makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on the RDM website. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, RDM expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. By placing an order, you agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to RDM arising from any product sold on the RDM websites shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall RDM, its directors, officers, employees and representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to product sold. Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by RDM’s negligence, under no circumstances whatsoever shall RDM. be liable to the buyer for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to loss of profit or the loss of any other form of financial or non-financial benefit; loss of use of or damage to any property; work stoppage; any special, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage; costs; expenses; and other claims for compensation), arising out of or in connection with the sale of any RDM product (including any misrepresentation (unless fraudulent); any breach of an implied or express warranty, condition or other term; or any breach of a common law duty), in an amount exceeding the price of the RDM product giving rise to the claim, except as expressly agreed in writing by RDM.

REQUIRED VERIFICATION INFORMATION

In order to protect the customer from any suspicious fraudulent conditions, RDM will attempt to contact buyers via e-mail and phone for verification information. This may include a copy of ID (covering all displayed information except first/last name) AND credit card (covering all displayed information except last 4 digits of credit card number and first/last name) OR a 6 digit approval number assigned by credit card issuer for every individual purchase. The buyers will have 10 days to respond with the verification information after RDM Drones has attempted to contact them.

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
